Vibrant pendulous flowers in the characteristic glorious colours that we associate with a summery Fuchsia.
This small example of the Far Eastern technique of Batik demonstrates the fine detail that can be achieved with this complex method of painting, using dyes and wax onto cotton fabric. Each original piece is a ‘one-off’.
